These terms apply to your use of the Nayfi Business Ventures customer delivery portal. By sending a request through the portal you accept them on behalf of your company.
Requests are not orders until we confirm them
A delivery request tells us what you need. It becomes an order only when Nayfi confirms the product, quantity, price and delivery date with you by phone or in writing. We may decline or adjust a request, for example because of availability or access to the site.
Prices shown are estimates
Any price per litre, delivery fee or total shown on the portal is an estimate based on our current list price. The final price is the one we confirm with you, and may change with market prices, quantity or location.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate company, site, tank and contact details, and keep them up to date.
- Only upload calibration images and documents you are entitled to share.
- Make sure the delivery site is safe and accessible for our trucks, and that tanks have enough free capacity for the quantity requested.
- Have the delivery contact, or someone authorised, available to receive the delivery.
- Don't misuse the portal, for example by sending false requests or trying to access the staff dashboard.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal available but can't promise it will always be free of interruptions. If the portal is down, contact us by email or phone to place your request.
Liability
The portal is a way to send us information. Supply and delivery are governed by the terms we agree when we confirm an order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
