Nayfi Business Ventures helps business customers organise fuel delivery requests around the sites, tanks and schedules their operations depend on.

Business deliveries involve more than choosing a product and a volume. The delivery location, tank capacity, calibration information and on-site contacts all help define a request.
Our customer portal brings those details together, so customers can submit a well-defined request and our team can review it before confirming the price and schedule.

Each delivery location has its own address, meter type and DPR permit information.

A portal estimate is not a confirmed booking. Our team follows up to agree the final price and delivery timing.
What we check before confirming a request.
A request is reviewed by a person, not a rule. These are the things we look at first.

The site and its permit
Every delivery location carries its own address, meter type and DPR permit document.

Quantity against capacity
The quantity you ask for is compared with the combined capacity of the tanks on that site.

Price and timing
We confirm the final price per litre, the delivery charge and the date directly with you.

How a request moves through our team.
You can see where a request stands whenever you ask us about it. Every request passes the same four stages, in the same order.

Received
Your submission reaches the team with the sites, tanks and documents attached to it.

Reviewed
We check the site records and the quantity, and come back to you with the price and a date.

Confirmed
Once you agree, the request is scheduled for delivery to the site you registered.

Delivered
Product is discharged into the tanks on the request and the delivery is recorded against the site.

- Who does Nayfi supply?
- Businesses that run on fuel at their own sites: manufacturing plants, construction sites, haulage yards, farms and processing plants, telecom sites, hotels and hospitals.
- Which products can I order?
- We currently supply Automotive Gas Oil (Diesel), Premium Motor Spirit (Petrol), Jet A-1 and Liquefied Petroleum Gas. The estimator on our home page shows each grade with an indicative price, and our team confirms the final price with you.
- Where can you deliver?
- You can register delivery sites in any Nigerian state or the FCT. For a location we have not delivered to before, our team comes back to you on timing for that site.
- Why do you ask for so much site information?
- The site address, DPR permit, tank capacities and calibration charts let us check a request before we confirm it, and mean the delivery team knows what it is arriving to.
